Frozen Apples Set to Hit the Shelves in Nelson

A Nelson berryfruit company has started producing frozen apples to cash in on an untapped market. SuJon sales and marketing manager Michelle Gibb said it had taken about six months to develop the product, which New World and Pak'N Save supermarkets had agreed to start stocking from May 12.
